Amaal Mallik replaces Ram Sampath in Force 2

The latest news is, producer Vipul Shah has roped in young music director Amaal Mallik for a romantic track in the film.

Says a source, “It was a last-minute decision made by Vipul and director Abhinay Deo. Amaal is composing a romantic song which features John and Sonakshi. However, the makers are yet to finalise composers for the other tracks in the film.”
Though Vipul and Abhinay had initially planned to approach Salim-Sulaiman, they later finalised Amaal.
Force 2 is a sequel to the John Abraham-Genelia D’souza-starrer Force (2011).
