Bollywood Veteran singer Asha Bhosle has taken off to USA along with her granddaughter Zanai and Wolf Trap philharmonic Orchestra for a concert organised to pay tribute to RD Burman.

Veteran singer Asha Bhosle has flown to USA along with her granddaughter Zanai and Wolf Trap philharmonic Orchestra for a concert organised to pay tribute to RD Burman. The concert will be held tonight wherein the songstress along with granddaughter will be belting out his hit numbers. Asha and Zanai are accompanied by Nitin Shankar who once worked very closely with the star composer. 

RD Burman's birthday was even celebrated in Mumbai last week. Nitin Shankar had organised a concert Love You Pancham at Shanmukhanand Hall, Sion on June 25,. Asha Bhosale was the chief guest and the event was attended by Suresh and Padma Wadkar, Sachin Pilgaokar, Shabbir Kumar and many more.

Nitin Shankar and his band performed the hits of Pancham Da including Piya Tu Ab Toh Aaja (Caravan), Chura Liya Hai Tumne (Yaadon Ki Baaraat), Mehbooba Mehbooba (Sholay) and many more.
