Former Bigg Boss Tamil contestant and actor Danile Annie Pope is currently creating a huge buzz for a shocking reason. The Polladhavan actor is embroiled in a controversy for allegedly asking for photos of a minor girl during a chat online. The screenshots of chats are now going viral on social media. An Instagram user Vadivelu memes had earlier posted that Daniel has been asking for pics and details from a 17-year-old schoolgirl during their chat.
Furthermore, an Instagram user named 'The Jason Samuel' posted a video in which he has accused Daniel of not only harassing random young girls online but has sexually assaulted one such youngster. In the live video, several chats of the actor with girls and a girl testifying the same on audio has been shared as well.
Sharing the video, Jason Samuel wrote, "The Aggravated Sexual Harassment by Daniel Annie Pope & Victim's Testimony. Trigger Warning: Aggravated Sexual Assault. From morning we have seen chat screenshots first exposed by @bitchparotta @vadivelumemes and @thenuchu_sollitom. Take a look at this video to see this creepy stalker, perving on clearly underage girls and committing aggravated sexual harassment on one such victim of his chats." And now, Daniel Annie Pope has denied all the allegations.
The actor's rep issued a statement that reads, "My client states that for the past four days there is a rumour spreading over in social media like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter etc. about my client which is fake, baseless and vague allegations against him. 2) My client further states that you are all working to damage his reputation in the society using defamatory words." Daniel Annie Pope, also known as Danny, made his debut with Dhanush starrer Polladhavan. Since then, he has acted in many films including Itharkuthaney Aasipattai Balakumara, Vanakkam Da Mappilei and more.
