Director Shankar's Daughter Aishwarya Ties The Knot With Cricketer Rohit Damodharan In Mahabalipuram
The wedding ceremony of Shankar’s daughter Aishwarya saw family members and close friends, also gracing the wedding was Tamil Nadu’s CM MK Stalin
Director Shankar's daughter Aishwarya tied the knot to cricketer Rohit Damodharan today, on June 27. The wedding took place in presence of families and close friends, without violating the rules laid by the government due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. As per reports in India Today, the director opted for a resort located at Mahabalipuram. There are reports the family will be hosting a reception that will be graced by eminent people across India.
Today attending Aishwarya’s wedding was Tamil Nadu’s CM MK Stalin; besides the bride and groom, their parents and other relatives were seen wearing masks even during the pictures. Tamil Nadu’s CM too wore a mask and without removing it he posed with the newly married couple. Aishwarya is Shankar and wife Easwari's eldest daughter. Aishwarya is a doctor by profession. Groom Rohit Damodharan is the son of an industrialist, also he is one of the players as well as the captain of Madurai Panthers cricket team of Tamil Nadu Premier League.

Groom kept it traditional by sporting a white traditional kurta with dhoti having a broad designer border, bride Aishwarya too complimented him as she draped a traditional saree in dull yellow and red combination on their wedding day.
