Producers of Indian 2 filed a case against director Shankar Shanmugam, know why
Kamal Haasan starrer” Indian 2” is in news again, the reason is legal dispute. Reportedly, Lyca Productions, the producers of high buzz Tamil upcoming movie Indian 2 has filed a case against its director Shankar Shanmugam. The production company appealed for a stay to stop the director to start the shoot of his new film.
After hearing both the parties, the judge asked them to review the terms and conditions to sort out the dispute. As per the reports, the negotiations between Lyca Production and Shankar Shanmugam are likely to have a bad end.
The dispute arises when the producer demanded the completion of shoot in the month of June whereas, as per the reports, director Shankar has promised to finish the shooting of the film somewhere between June and October. The demand for an early closing schedule made disagreement between the producer and director and negotiation got affected badly. The judge schedules the next hearing in the month of June. There is a risk that the much awaited movie “Indian 2” may get free zed.
Let speculation begin on this and wait for the final decisions to come. Hope they will never disappoint the fans and will succeed to get a solution from a middle way. The other prominent stars featuring 'Indian 2' are Kamal Haasan in the key role with Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh and some renowned faces of Tamil Cine Industry.
