Kollywood Superstar Couple Suriya And Jyothika Complete Their Vaccination Against Covid 19
Kollywood celebrity couple Suriya and wife Jyothika complete their first shot of COVID-19 vaccine, the picture of the couple surfaced on social media
The Kollywood celebrity couple, Suriya and Jyothika completed their first vaccination at a private hospital in Chennai. The pictures of the couple getting the vaccine surfaced on social media and went viral. Reportedly, the duo celebrity arrived together at the hospital and took the dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. Since the start of the COVID-19 second wave, several acclaimed celebrities from the Indian Film Industry have been encouraging people to get vaccinated against the deadly virus.
Previously, some celebrities such as Aishwarya Rajesh, Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, and several others vaccinated before posting pictures of the same on social media handles. Recently, the celebs to add to the list are Suriya and his wife Jyothika. They both arrived in casual outfits to the vaccination spot. Suriya is an avid social media user and he updated his Instagram handles with a picture of getting a vaccine. He simply captioned the post – “#Vaccinated”. The fans felt very relieved and appreciated the couple with words of appreciation in the comment section.
The gorgeous actress Jyothika sports a maroon top and blue pants while Suriya is seen wearing a green t-shirt. The couple has masked up their faces as per the COVID-19 norms.
Jyothika also updated her post where the couple can be seen with a poster I am vaccinated.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Suriya has last appeared in the blockbuster Tamil movie “Soorarai Pottru” directed by Sudha Kongara. The movie was produced by 2D Entertainment in collaboration with Sikhya Entertainment. “Soorarai Pottru” had a fleet of skilled actors like Paresh Rawal, Urvashi, Mohan Babu, and Karunas. The story is based on the real-life events of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath. Suriya's next movie which has been titled “Suriya 40” is directed by Pandiraj of “Pasanga” fame.
Talking on the work front, Jyothika has last appeared in the OTT film Ponmagal Vandhaal directed by debutant JJ Fredrick which was released in May 2020.
