The video shows Samantha dressed in athleisure, working out at the gym. She performs a few reps of Front Barbell Squats. Next, the actress does another exercise with weights. Later, she picks up some dumbbells and does weighted deadlifts. From Bulgarian split squats to some calves exercises, Samantha’s workout routine is all things LIT.
