Daughter Soundarya accompanied Thalavia Rajinikanth to the hospital as he took his second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine on Thursday.
Just yesterday actor Rajinikanth returned to Chennai from Hyderabad after completing the shoot of his next film Annaatthe. The film directed by Siva is scheduled to release later this year. Today Thalavia took his second dose of Covid-19 vaccine at a private hospital in Chennai. His daughter Soundarya Rajnikanth took to her Instagram account and shared the photo of her father getting the dose, she wrote, " Our Thalaivar gets his vaccine 👍�� Let us fight and win this war against Corona virus together #ThalaivarVaccinated #TogetherWeCan #MaskOn #StayHomeStaySafe

The actor is seen in casual attire, accompanied by his daughter. Shivaji actor had been shooting in Hyderabad for a month, since eight crew members had tested positive for COVID-19 on the sets of Annaatthe, Rajinikanth's health has been the major source of concern. However, the team has made sure to follow extreme caution around the actor. The actor is now expected to dub for the film from Chennai. The film also features Nayanthara, Meena, Khushbu, Prakash Raj, and Soori in lead roles. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film has music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.
