Tamil Flick Master To Mark An Early OTT Premiere; Theatrical Release To Follow
The makers of Tamil flick, Master have announced of the movie to premiere on Amazon Prime Video from January 29, 2021
After a successful run at the box office, Tamil actor Vijay starrer Master is all set to entertain the OTT viewers soon. After enjoying a theatrical run from January 13, 2021, the movie will premiere on Amazon Prime Video and Tentkotta from January 29, 2021. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, produced under the banner of Xavier Britto’s XB Creators and Seven Screen Studio of Lalith Kumar, though it experienced 50% occupancy, due to COVID -19, it has set a benchmark in the Tamil film industry.
The film was praised by the fans; this OTT release will finally give its overseas viewers to watch the movie, without much delay. Also the OTT release will let the fans witness the uncensored version of the movie. The OTT giant, Amazon Prime Video will release a 2 minute long trailer of the movie before it hits the digital platform. The film narrates a story of an alcoholic professor played by Vijay who takes up a teaching job in a juvenile home.
As reported in Mashable.com, the lead actor Vijay said, “I am certain that the interesting duel between John and Bhavani will take the audiences on a roller-coaster ride of action, and drama. Master sees Vijay in the protagonist role while Vijay Sethupathi is seen in a killer antagonist's role. Besides them it also stars Malavika Mohanan, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj, Master Mahendrian, Gowri Kishan and Andrea Jeremiah in pivotal roles. To keep up with the excitement till the movie hits the OTT platform, makers are dropping songs at specific intervals.
