Pan-Indian actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has resumed shooting for her upcoming project. The fans were in for a treat on Wednesday, when she made back-to-back announcements for her upcoming projects. Not only did she release her first look from Varun Dhawan starrer Citadel, announced that her movie starring Vijay Deverakonda, Kushi will soon resume shooting but she also released the lyrical version of Shakuntalam’s third song Yelelo Yelelo.

Known for her humble and lovable personality, when a fan asked her for an update on the release date of Kushi, she apologised to Vijay’s fans for the delay. For the unversed, the movie was supposed to be released in December 2022, however, it got delayed due to unknown reasons. Earlier, during an interview with News18, shedding light on the delay of the movie, Vijay had said, “We have finished close to 60 percent of the shoot. We were originally hoping to release the film by December. But now it has been pushed to next year due to a bunch of reasons. He had also opened up about working with Samantha. He said, “It was a beautiful experience to be a part of this film. I think I was in my degree college when I saw Samantha on the big screen for the first time and I was straight away in love with her. Now, to be able to do a movie with her and create some magic is a satisfying feeling, and she is a great actress. So, I’m eagerly waiting to bring Kushi to the world.”

On the work front, Samantha Ruth Prabhu also has Arrangements Of Love in the pipeline.
