Produced by Ekta Kapoor, it was a huge hit and is remembered for multiple reasons. The TV show has completed twelve years. Ankita Lokhande recently celebrated by posting scenes from the show. The stunning actress also went live on Instagram to interact with her fans and celebrate the special occasion. She also cut a cake and shared memories associated with the show.
She shared, 'It has been so upsetting for me today, I have seen so many videos which has Sushant, me, the entire family that made me very emotional. Pavitra Rishta is my firstborn. My feelings towards this show are very sacred. The entire cast and crew of Pavitra Rishta are very connected to it and we are like a big family, who meet and talk even now.'
During her live session, Ankita also remembered Sushant Singh Rajput. Talking about him, she said, 'Sushant aaj hamare beech nahi hai, aur uska bina Pavitra Rishta adhoora hai.. Archana ka Manav sirf wahi tha..' She added by saying, 'I'm sure vo jahaan bhi hai vahaan dekh raha hai..' The actress also mentioned that it was Sushant Singh Rajput who taught her acting. 'He was a brilliant actor, a great co-star and I was very fortunate to work with him,' she added.
She further cut the fan-made cake and thanked everyone for their love. 'Aap ke bina hum sab adhure hai.. aapka pyaar sabse jyada jaroori hai.. Thank you so much for loving me,' said the actress.
