break-up is not a big deal and post the split one can be friends with his/her
ex. But perhaps, TV industry couples still believe in maintaining a distance in
this regard. The hottest couple on Indian television ever- Aamna Shariff and
Rajeev Khandelwal- is a classic case in point.
It has been ages
that Aamna & Rajeev parted ways, but even today they are very uncomfortable
in each other's presence.

it that Ekta Kapoor has invited her industry friends to attend a screening of
her upcoming web series Haq Se in Juhu, tonight.
The guest list
includes Rajeev’s ex-lady love Aamna Sharrif too. And Aamna has promised Ekta
that she will make it to the screening.
This seems to
have rattled Rajeev. We hear, he will not attend- despite playing the lead role
in Haq Se.
We had told you
that Ekta Kapoor was in fact, very keen to cast Aamna in Haq Se- but all
that is now just wishful thinking. Aamna had declined the offer politely.
Sources have
informed us that when Rajeev Khandelwal got to know about Aamna’s plans about
dropping by for the Haq Se screening, he picked up his phone and texted an
excuse to Ekta, saying that 'he has had a leg injury'.

Both, Aamna and Rajeev have moved on in their respective lives. While Aamna is happily married to distributor-turned-producer Amit Kapoor, Rajeev has settled down with Manjiri Kamtikar.
FYI, Rajeev and Aamna were last seen together in Honge Juda Na Hum, which aired on Sony Entertainment Television. The serial starring Raqesh Vashisth and Aamna had Rajeev as a guest in few episodes.
