Angad Hasija Wants To Be Part Of The Popular Show Naagin; Ekta Kapoor, Are You Listening?
Ever since Ekta Kapoor's Naagin was introduced on Television Industry, the show kept topping the chartbusters and refused to leave the top spot. With so much craze around the show, Angad Hasija is now keen on starring in one of them
Naagin and Daayan seem to be the flavour of the season and actor Angad Hasija says that it’s impossible to not be part of them. Ask him if he is interested in such supernatural shows, and he says, “Right now, these shows are going strong and so it's impossible to say no to shows such as Daayan and Naagin. People are liking these shows and they are in the No.1 position. So, I can't say no to such shows and whenever I will get the opportunity, I will work on them. Also, I have never done this type of show and so I would love to do them.”
Angad, who has done three seasons of the web series Ishq Aaj Kal, says that it has been an amazing experience. The actor loved working on the show, with his team. “The experience was very good and very different as the shoot was done in real locations. I enjoyed a lot with my co-actors as I bonded with them. In fact, everyone enjoyed a lot which made the experience very good. I have done three seasons of Love Aajkal and now I am available for new work,” he says.
Talking about working with his co-actor Ankita Sharma, Angad says, “It was very nice working with Ankita Sharma. Ankita and my bond stems from both of us being Punjabis. We both are from Chandigarh. We also share the same birthday. We had a lot of fun together on the sets and whenever I watch the serial, I start laughing as it reminds me of the shoot. We had fun on the sets. We made lots of TikTok videos together.”
The actor, who has been seen in shows such as Sapna Babul Ka...Bidaai, Preet Se Bandhi Ye Dori Ram Milaayi Jodi and Phulwa, is on the lookout for meaningful work now. “I have got the chance to play a different character each and every time. I'm looking forward to playing something unique in the future. I am up for experimenting with my roles,” he says, adding, “I don't have a dream role in mind because the roles that I have done till now have been super amazing and ones which I could not have even dreamt of.”
