Ankita Lokhande: Maybe I Don't Have A Sexy Body And Hence I Am Not Able To Show It!
That's frank, but in the same breath she emphasises that TV actresses who are putting out bold pictures on Instagram are not doing anything wrong
"I think everybody is entitled to her choice if and when she decides to put out a bold picture. If they have a sexy body, why not? Maybe I Don't Have A Sexy Body And Hence I Am Not Able To Show It," replies Ankita Lokhande when asked that why she hasn't yet put up her hot pictures on social media like many other TV actresses and become a part of the recent trend of flooding the Instagram with bikini pictures.
Does that mean that if she had a sexy body she would have flaunted it, we asked? "I didn't say that," she quips.
"Let every girl have her choice to do what she wants. Who is anybody to suppress it?" she adds.
Asked about the consequent trolls, and her voice rises, "I am shocked that these actresses are then trolled with cheap and dirty comments. Who the hell are these people who think that they are the moral custodians of law? Who gave them this right? Such trolls must fast end."
Well, Ankita is a bold woman, no doubt. It is clear to us from her interview yesterday and the above comments that she is not concentrating on grabbing headlines by flaunting her body. We know for a fact from Ekta Kapoor's TV serial Pavitra Rishta that she is an ocean of talent, and there is no reason why she will not exhibit her acting chops in her maiden film, produced by Kamal Jain.
