Bigg Boss season 17 came to an end on Sunday night with comedian Munawar Faruqui bagging the coveted trophy. While his fans rejoiced in his win, some were left disappointed and lashed out at the makers for the planned victory. It is to be noted that ever since the season premiered, fans of the comedian were sure he would take home the trophy. Now, a video of Ankita Lokhande, who was a part of the Top 5 contestants', sister-in-law has surfaced on the internet where she has reacted to Munawar’s win.

In a video shared by the paparazzo Viral Bhayani, the 38-year-old actress’ sister-in-law was asked about the finale results of Bigg Boss 17. She expressed her disappointment and revealed how she, like many of Ankita’s fans, thought that she might come 1st or 2nd on the show. She was heard saying, “Mujhe abhi bhi lag raha hai ki 1st yaa 2nd Ankita ko hi aana chahiye tha. This is very wrong.” She kept repeating his answer. As someone asked her about her thoughts on Munawar’s win, she closed the windows of her car. Apart from his bonding with Mannara Chopra, his journey on the show included facing turmoil when his ex-girlfriend Ayesha Khan entered the show. She made a lot of allegations against him, accusing him of emotional manipulation and cheating. They even brought up Nazila Sitaishi, his ex who he was dating before Ayesha. The accusations made by the two women had left the viewers in shock. For the unversed, Bigg Boss 17 is Munawar Faruqui’s second reality show win. He had won Kangana Ranaut’s Lock Upp season 1.
