Asim Riaz On His Acting Debut: 'I Was Above To Start Shooting For A Web Series But Lockdown Happened'- EXCLUSIVE

Asim Riaz, a popular model who became a household name after his participation in reality show Bigg Boss 13 recently launched his first single, Back To Start, which is about the ups and downs he has faced in his journey. Asim is also gearing up for his acting debut too, about which he revealed to us in an exclusive interview. In fact, he was all set to start shooting for a web series which went on hold for now due to lockdown.
While answering his plans for acting, Asim Riaz said, "I want to do everything. Just like I released a rap song and simultaneously recorded other tracks. I also want to do acting. A web series was offered to me and I really liked the script. We were about to start the shooting for it but then again a lockdown was announced. Nobody had any idea it would happen again. And it's been more than a month that everything is paused. So I am looking forward to it. Probably very soon I will inform you what I am doing in the acting space. After his successful stint in Bigg Boss 13 house, Asim enjoys a great number of fan following and they are eager to see him on the big screen now. However, it won't be for the first time when Asim will show his acting skill as he has already done a guest appearance in Varun Dhawan's film Main Tera Hero and acted in a few music videos like Saiyyonee with Shivaleeka Oberoi, Afsos Karoge and Khayal Rakhya Kar with Himanshi Khurana, Veham with Sakshi Malik and Mere Angne Mein with Jacquline Fernandes.
