Bigg Boss 10, Day 77: Gaurav Chopra Eliminated From Salman Khan’s Show?

Given the celebrations held in the Bigg Boss house last evening (Bigg Boss 10, Day 76: New Year’s Special – Salman Khan Rings In 2017 With The Contestants, Dec 31), we assumed there would be no eliminations this weekend. But, if whispers are to be believed, Gaurav Chopra is likely to be shown the door tonight.
This week, Gaurav, VJ Bani and Mona Lisa were in the danger zone to bid adieu to the reality show. While many thought that Mona would be the one leaving the show tonight, word is strong that in fact it is Gaurav who will go home.
Gaurav, Mona and Bani were nominated last week too, but given the happy atmosphere - Salman’s birthday and Christmas – the makers had decided to let go of the eliminations. But then, wildcard entrant Priyanka Jagga was suddenly thrown out (Bigg Boss 10, Day 69: Salman Khan Throws Priyanka Jagga Out Of The Bigg Boss House, Dec 24), on grounds of objectionable behaviour inside the house (Bigg Boss 10, Day 65: Anger Levels Rising: Swami Om Breaks Toilet Door; Priyanka And Nithiba Get Into A CATFIGHT, Dec 20) (Bigg Boss 10, Day 61: Priyanka Tells Lopa: You Are A Makeup Ki Dukaan, Dec 16).
If Gaurav is actually evicted, things will surely get difficult for VJ Bani.
Bani and Gaurav’s friendship has had a lot of ups and downs, but they were always in support of each other when the odds turned against either of them. In fact, Bani didn’t get along with any other co-contestant except Gaurav.
Mona in comparison to Gaurav is less popular, but Gaurav’s drop in performance in the house over the past few days may have cost him the place.
Getting back to what else is happening in tonight’s proceedings, Swami Om and Salman get into an UGLY argument once again (Bigg Boss 10, Day 55: Salman Khan LASHES OUT At Swami, Calls Bani A WALKOUT Queen, Dec 10) (Bigg Boss 10, Day 41: Salman Khan Walks Out On Swami Omji After An Ugly Spat, Nov 26). Irked with Swami Om’s atrocious behaviour last week, Salman questions him for taking off his pants in public (Bigg Boss 10, Day 73: Swami Om Strips, Strangles Rohan Mehra, Dec 28). He further calls him a ‘farzi dhongi baba’, and tells him that he is extremeky digusted with him.
Meanwhile, ex-contestants Aamir Ali and Diandra Soares make an appearance on the show and share their views about the contestants' attitude and behavior. Diandra makes a very strong statement by saying that VJ Bani and Gaurav’s friendship is only a friendship of convenience.
