The new season of Bigg Boss 12 had the most vichitra jodi in the form of 65-year-old bhajan maestro Anup Jalota and 27-year-old Jasleen Matharu, his protégé. While, Anup Jalota may have exited from the house and denied any sort of romantic involvement with Jasleen, some of the inmates inside, still continue linking her up with him.
Surbhi Rana, one of the most loudmouthed contestants in the house, took a dig at their relationship as she sang aloud, “Main Kya Karoon Ram Mujhe Buddha Mil Gaya.” This left Jasleen bewildered who immediately shot back at Surbhi and told her “Zubaan Kheench Lungi.”

It’s quite a sensitive area for Jasleen, who lost her cool on Surbhi for taking digs at her relationship with Anup Jalota. This reminds us of a recent episode when former Bigg Boss 11 finalist Hina Khan entered the house opening an adaalat where she was seen questioning Jasleen on faking her relationship with Anup Jalota just to enter the show. Reacting to which Jasleen had said, “Hum date pe ja rahe hai, main aapko kiss kar rahi hoon, ye kaisa guru shishya ka rishta hai?”
This makes us question the credibility of their relationship in the house. Was it all a publicity gimmick or is it that Anup Jalota is just trying to be safe outside the house?
