Bigg Boss 14’s Devoleena Bhattacharjee Says She Isn’t Ready To Reveal Her Partner’s Name: ‘He’s Not Comfortable’
In a recent interview, Bigg Boss 14 contestant Devoleena Bhattacharjee talked about her marriage plans and also revealed why she has kept her partner's name under wraps!
Devoleena Bhattacharjee who was seen in Bigg Boss 13, was also a part of Bigg Boss 14 and she had entered the house as Eijaz Khan’s proxy. Devoleena has been quite secretive about her personal life. While she revealed in the Bigg Boss house that she is in a relationship with someone, and has plans to marry him this year, she never revealed her partner’s name. Now, in a recent interview, Devoleena mentioned the reason why she has kept her partner’s name under wraps.
While speaking to ETimes, Devoleena Bhattacharjee said that as of now, she isn’t ready to reveal her partner’s name, as he isn’t comfortable about it. Sharing that her partner doesn’t belong to the industry, Devoleena said that they aren’t ready for all the public attention that it would garner. “I am not ready to reveal my partner’s name just yet. He is also not comfortable about making his name public since he doesn't belong to the industry. People will start sending him friend requests and following him on social media, which we don’t want at this stage. I prefer to keep my personal life under wraps," said Devoleena.
Further spilling the beans on her wedding plans, Devoleena said that they had been planning to get married this year, but have now postponed it to next year. She said that she is waiting for the pandemic to end, so that she can plan things.
“Currently, I am happy in my relationship, but you never know when things change. I want to take time to understand life and various situations. Even though my partner is very understanding and supportive, one never knows what can happen in the future,” she said. Further, Devoleena assured that she would let her fans know once she decides to get married.
Devoleena Bhattacharjee had participated in Bigg Boss 13, however, she had to quit the show midway due to health issues. She was later seen in Bigg Boss 14 as Eijaz Khan’s proxy, and while on the show, she developed a friendship with Rakhi Sawant.
