Soundarya Sharma has reportedly bagged a song in Sajid Khan's upcoming film
Although Soundarya Sharma could not win the popular reality show Bigg Boss 16, she has certainly won hearts with her strong personality. The actress became a popular household name owing to her brilliant stint on Salman Khan-hosted show and now after coming out of the BB house, Soundarya has bagged some interesting projects. As per the latest report in Etimes TV, Soundarya has been roped in for a song in Sajid Khan's upcoming film.
Yes, you read that right! Soundarya has bagged a song in Sajid’s next project that he is directing after a gap of 4 years. A source close to the development revealed to the portal that Soundarya might give her nod to the project and if everything goes as planned, she might soon begin its shooting. Khan, who was also seen as a contestant on BB 16, is returning to direction after 4 years and the project is expected to go on floors in April 2023. The movie stars Bigg Boss 13 fame Shehnaaz Gill in the lead role. To note, Soundarya and Sajid shared a great bond of friendship on the reality show and the director even discussed working with Soundarya in the future. And, it seems like he has fulfilled his promise by finalizing her for a song in his next film.
Earlier, Soundarya had talked about other contestants making contacts with Sajid to get work in the industry. She explained she does not need to to think about this as she is already getting work. Soundarya, who is a certified dentist, said, “Good for them, mujhe toh kaam mil hi raha hai. God is kind to me. Mujhe nahi chahiye kaam. Mere 4 shows release hue hai and I’ve been working silently. Aapne dekha hoga main kaam aane ke phele bade bol nahi bolti.”
Meanwhile, Sajid’s film titled ‘100%’ also stars John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, and Nora Fatehi.
