Daljeet Kaur-Shaleen Bhanot will file for divorce on Monday

In 36 hours from now, you will see them in Bandra Family Court signing on divorce papers.
The Court has issued them a directive to appear on July 25. Goes without saying that their respective lawyers have completed the required paperwork.
The divorce will be filed on 'mutual consent' basis. In a recent exclusive interview, Daljeet had confirmed with SpotboyE.com, "We (Shaleen and I) are talking. We want to give the best to our child. This beautiful and happening actress was allegedly tortured by Shaleen in their 5 years of marriage (Daljeet Kaur: Today I have to save money for my baby's milk, Sep 12, 2015). After spending a traumatic time where Shaleen offered no help to her and their son, Daljeet eventually took the call of ending the chapter called 'Shaleen Bhanot' in her life.
Their son, now named Jaydon not Sharaav (one of the reasons being that Daljeet didn't want 'Sh' in his name anymore) , who currently stays with his mother will continue doing the same even after the divorce comes through. We hear, Daljeet has told Shaleen that he can meet Jaydon as and when he wants and she has no problems about that.
The last time we heard of such a consensual divorce in showbiz was when Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan parted ways. The reasons of their separation were, of course, different than in the case of Daljeet and Shaleen.
Daljeet first met Shaleen on the sets of the TV show Kulvaddhu in 2006. They even won the fourth season of celebrity couple dance show Nach Baliye. It would be easy to say in hindsight that the two were very different personalities and hence not made for each other. But, as they say, marriages are made in heaven.
