Renowned television actress Dalljeit Kaur left the internet astonished as she tied the knot with her UK-based businessman fiance Nikhil Patel on Saturday. The couple, who announced their engagement in January, this year, held an intimate wedding ceremony attended by their kids, families and close friends. The actress took to social media to share glimpses from her wedding which has left her fans thrilled. However, it was a video posted by a famous paparazzi that took the internet by storm.
In the video that is currently going viral, Dalljiet can be seen standing beside her new hubby flaunting her family themed mehendi. Dressed in a beautiful white lehenga paired with a traditional red chunni, the actress is all smiles as she shows the camera her mehendi. It consists of her, her son, Nikhil and his two daughters from his previous marriage on one of her hands, while on the other hand, it’s her and him. After announcing her engagement with Nikhil, in an interaction with ETimes, the 40-year-old actress had opened up about her first meeting with him. She had said, “I met Nick at a friend’s party in Dubai last year. I only spoke about my son, and he was talking about his two daughters, 13-year-old Aariyana and eight-year-old Aanika. He wore blue nail polish on his toes, and when I asked him about it, he replied, ‘I am a proud dad of two girls.’ Romance wasn’t in the air back then; it was just two single parents chatting. Love happened with time. It was our love for our children that connected us.”
