Drunk Driving Accused Ruhi Singh’s Anticipatory Bail Rejected

TV starlet Ruhi Singh has been making headlines since Monday night, after SpotboyE.com broke the story of the actress ramming into some parked vehicles in Santacruz, after assaulting police officers and KFC staff members at Bandra Linking Road. The actress is absconding ever since and the police is still in search of Ruhi.
And now, the latest update is that the sessions court has rejected actress’ anticipatory bail on Thursday. According to report in Mid-day, a Senior PI of Khar Police Sanjay More told the tabloid, “We are searching for the accused."
The Mid-day report further states, “Two FIRs were registered at both Khar and Santacruz police stations. While the Khar police arrested her friends, they served Singh a notice at her residence, asking her to surrender within two days. The law restricts cops from arresting women at night. After receiving the notice, Singh moved the court seeking anticipatory bail but it was denied.”
A senior officer also told the leading tabloid, "We have strong evidence against the accused, including the CCTV footage which shows the accused misbehaving with the cops on duty. Before fleeing from the spot, she snatched the badge of a constable, which was later seized at Santacruz police station."
For those who’ve come in late, the incident took place on Monday mid-night, when Ruhi along with her friends, Rajesh and Rahul allegedly barged into KFC at Linking Road, Bandra. It was 2 am and the trio told the KFC staff that they wanted to use the washroom. KFC had shut and the staff did not allow them inside. The trio got very aggressive and the KFC staff called the police control room. They were in no mood to listen and kept arguing with the KFC staff, they got very angry during the course of the argument and just would not go away. When the police arrived, Ruhi, Rajesh and Rahul even beat up a cop. That was the first FIR. After few minutes, Ruhi accompanied by her friends drove off towards Santacruz. Before she reached her destination, she banged into a couple of cars. That's when the second FIR was registered.
Amidst all the drama, a third angle was introduced when Calendar Girl actress Ruhii Singh’s identity was mistaken for the drunk driving accused, Ruhi. A few media houses used Ruhii’s pictures instead of the TV starlet, leaving the former all furious.
