Yesterday, we brought to you the exclusive scoop that Erica Fernandes and Parth Samthaan are shooting for Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 promo on the outskirts of Mumbai (Palghar).

This morning, a set of pictures from the promo shoot have been doing the rounds of social media. One look at the photographs and it’s clear that the duo shot at a railway station. We can see Parth seated on a station bench dressed in a red shirt and black pants. He later is seen suited with a blazer. However, Erica is missing from the snaps. Take a look:

Before we begin to tell you what the promo all about, we have learnt that Erica and Parth’s names in the show will be Prerna and Anurag. The makers have decided to retain the names of the original series despite a change in cast.

As for the promo, it will see Anurag and Prerna standing on different platforms at a railway station. They begin to wave at each other when a train passes by interrupting their moment. However, just then, Prerna’s dupatta lands on Anurag’s face. Eager to catch a glimpse of her, Anurag quickly puts it aside but to no avail.

In the show, Parth will be seen playing a serious character, a businessman. Erica’s role will be replicating Shweta Tiwari’s role. was the first one tell you that Erica Fernandes will play the epic character of Prerna Sharma originally played by Shweta Tiwari. Later, we revealed that Parth Samthaan will play Anurag Basu (Cezzane Khan).

In an exclusive interview with, Cezzane Khan had shared his excitement for the sequel and opined that the first promo looks like a cut, copy and paste of the original.

Meanwhile, Hina Khan is gearing up to essay the vamp, Komolika but if reports are to be believed, this time you will not see Komolika’s famous bold bindis.

Ekta Kapoor first hinted on social media that she is bringing this show back.

Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is going to air from September 10 on Star Plus.
