Rode got hitched to his longtime girlfriend Pankhuri Awasthy a few days ago.

The Mehendi
ceremony was followed by formally exchanging rings
& Shagan ceremony. Then was the Sangeet which had a line up of
performances & cocktail party later in the night.
Gautam Rode who's
known to be a private person had only close friends & family at the two-day
extravagant affair.
The
wedding kick-started with shera bandni ceremony by draping a
traditional gold turban on Gautam's head followed by a puja, after which the
sehra was tied by Gautam's mother & sister.
For the Barmala ritual,
Gautam made for a handsome groom in a white & gold sherwani by Pranav
& Pawan, Pankhuri was beaming with joy in a red lehenga by the same
designer with ethereal jewellery by Jaipur Jewels.
Gautam arrived in
a vintage car during his baarat accompanied by his father &
nephew. The baarat apparently continued a little more longer with Gauahar,
Nigaar, Saurav Pandey dancing with the other guests. All the groomsmen wore
similar yellow turbans.
After the kanyadaan done
by Pankhuri's parents, the couple took pheras. The wedding went on till 7
am in freezing temperatures.
