Hina Khan's Boyfriend Rocky Jaiswal Answers If Marriage Is On Cards: 'We don’t Want To Do Something For A Societal Tag'
Rocky Jaiswal opens up about his wedding plans with his ladylove Hina Khan and stated that they are very happy in the space they’re in right now
Hina Khan and filmmaker Rocky Jaiswal make for the most loved couple in the industry. Their mushy photos often break the Internet and leave their fans in awe of their chemistry. While there have been talks about their marriage on numerous occasions, the two have never confirmed the date as such. Now, in a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Rocky opened up about wedding plans with his ladylove and asserted that they don’t want to do it just for the heck of a husband and wife tag.
“We’ve been together for a good number of years now and have been through all ups and downs that a couple can possibly see after marriage. Mentally, we’re there,” he continues, “We don’t want to do something for a societal tag and just to be official about it. It doesn’t make sense to us. Even after getting married, I’ve seen that people aren’t close to one another, and then what’s the point of getting married,” Rocky Jaiswal was quoted as saying.
Adding to this, the filmmaker mentioned that as a couple, he and Hina are very happy in the space they’re in right now and they’re “absolutely secure” about each other. “We don’t have any kind of inhibitions about each other. That gives us the liberty to expand and move ahead in our careers to see where it leads to. We think that there’s still time for marriage. Eventually, we’ll get married but that time is not now,” Rocky further stated.
Speaking about their excellent understanding over the years, the director said he doesn’t think he would be close to anyone like he is with Hina. They can talk just about anything under the sun. The "openness and transparency that they both have in their relationship are amazing."
For the unversed, Rocky Jaiswal met Hina Khan on the sets of her popular TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in 2009, and the duo instantly connected. Over the years, their bond got stronger and they found their soulmates in each other.
