Indian Idol 11: Udit Narayan Shells Out Truth; Neha Kakkar - Aditya Narayan's Wedding Is A ‘TRP Gimmick’
After saying he wouldn’t mind having a female singer as his bahu, Udit Narayan has once again reacted to son Aditya Narayan’s wedding rumours with Neha Kakkar. This time he said that these rumours are all to boost the TRPs of the singing reality show Indian Idol 11
Aditya Narayan and Neha Kakkar’s wedding rumours have been making headlines for long. May it be a leading newspaper, Facebook post or a Tweet they have been the talk of the town for their wedding saga. But putting all rumours to rest, Aditya Narayan’s dad Udit Narayan has addressed it is as a publicity stunt. He later even stated he would want to see his son getting married, and if the rumors are true he would be the happiest person.
Gadi Leke singer Udit Narayan cleared that Aditya and Neha’s wedding rumours are just to boost the TRP’s of India Idol 11 show. But on a personal front, Udit is fond of Neha and would love to see her as his daughter-in-law. While speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Udit said, “Aditya is our only son. We’re waiting for him to get married. If these wedding rumours were true, my wife and I would be the happiest parents in the world. But Aditya has not shared this with us. I suspect this link-up and marriage rumours with Neha are just to boost the TRPs of Indian Idol where she’s a judge and my son is the anchor. I wish the marriage rumours were true. Earlier, in an interview, Udit had said he wouldn’t mind having a female singer as his bahu. He had told Navbharat times, “Neha Kakkar is a very sweet girl. She sings very beautifully. I like Neha very much. Not only just me, but people also like her. I really like her and she has made a name for herself in the industry. I also keep listening to her songs.”
