Indian Idol 12 contestants Pawandeep Rajan, Arunita Kanjilal, Nachiket Lele and Sawai Bhatt posted pictures and videos on their respective Instagram accounts as they celebrated Raksha Bandhan
The entire nation celebrated the festival of Raksha Bandhan with their siblings on Sunday (August 22). And Indian Idol 12 contestants Arunita Kanjilal, Pawandeep Rajan, Nachiket Lele and Sawai Bhatt were no exception to this. They posted pictures and videos giving a sneak peek into their Raksha Bandhan celebrations on their respective social media accounts.
Indian Idol 12 winner Pawandeep Rajan celebrated this festival with his sisters Chandni Rajan and Jyotideep Rajan. In his Instagram post, he explained the importance of Rakhi and wrote, “Rakhi is not only a thread, it's a symbol of uncountable memories of growing up together, laughs, support, nostalgia and love. Happy Rakshabandhan to everyone! @jyotideeprajan_official @chandnirajan_official.”
Runner up Arunita Kanjilal also shared a series of pictures with her brothers - Partha Halder and Anish Kanjilal. Calling them her first friends, partners-in-crime and confidants, she posted, “Our first friend, first partner in crime, first confidant… our brothers and sisters! My best wishes to everyone celebrating this special bond, Happy Rakshabandhan! @sitar_partha @anishkanjilal”
Nachiket Lele who was eliminated in the early stage of the singing reality show posted pictures with his siblings marking this festival. Take a look:
Sawai Bhat posted videos of his little sister tying rakhi to him and probably, his younger brother. He posted these videos without any captions. Spreading the magic was his song, Sanseinn played in the background. Sawai crooned this number for Indian Idol 12 judge Himesh Reshammiya’s latest album.
