Indian Idol 12: Shanmukhapriya Shares A Close Bond With THIS Fellow Contestant; 'We Are Like Family'

Indian Idol 12 has been making buzz for many reasons lately. The upcoming episode will be a perfect treat for the viewers who have been eagerly waiting for it. As many are aware, it is going to be Boys Vs Girls. Anu Malik will be seen leading the team of girls, whereas Manoj Muntashir will be leading the boys' team. There is already a buzz that the contestants will be delivering rocking performances. One of the highlights of the episode will be contestants Ashish Kulkarni and Shanmukhapriya's performance.
Ashish Kulkarni will sing 'Jee Karda' and 'Pachtaoge', whereas Shanmukhapriya will impress the judges as well as viewers with the song 'Udi Teri Aankhon Se.' During the episode, when host Aditya Narayan requests Ashish to describe his rival, Shanmukhapriya's performance, he says, 'There is definitely no rivalry between me and Shamukhpriya.'
He further reveals that they are like family. Shanmukhapriya and Ashish share a close bond with each other. Ashish further adds, 'When I was unwell, it was Shanmukhapriya who was in constant touch with me and ensured I stayed motivated. I used to give her timely updates be it on my recovery, eating habits or overall progress. She was always one call away and I am blessed to have a sister like her in my life.'
A few days ago, Shanmukhpriya was brutally trolled for performances. Reacting to it, she told Yo! Vizag, 'I came to know about the happenings only after a few of my well-wishers reached out to me. I tried to take the trolls with a pinch of salt.' She then added that even the greatest of the artists in the likes of Michael Jackson had to endure criticism.
