Sharing the benefits of dancing, Shubhangi told us, "You’ll be surprised how many benefits are associated with dancing. Not only does it train your brain and your body’s motor skills but it also is an excellent exercise for your entire body. Dancing helps you to stay physically and mentally fit. Dancing is a kind of meditation also. It's like a prayer because whenever you perform any classical dance, it's a gratitude to nature or divinity. Even more so, dancing regularly can improve your general well-being, boosts your self-esteem. Also, It brings so much positivity and relaxation. It also helps you to enhance your body."
