It Doesn't Get Crueller: Arjit Lavania's Parents Were Looking Forward To Celebrate His Birthday In Mumbai Tomorrow!

Last Saturday turned to be an extremely tragic day for the Television industry.  Two actors from Colors’ show Mahakali: Anth Hi Aarambh Hai lost their lives in a road accident. Gagan's funeral took place in Charkop, Mumbai while Arjit's body was taken to Agra.

SpotboyE.com spoke to Arjit’s cousin, Ankit Lavania and learnt that only a week was left for Arjit to turn 30 when he met with the fatal accident. Yes, the actor was supposed to celebrate his birthday tomorrow (Aug 24) with his entire family.

With a heavy heart Ankit told us, “Arjit’s father Vijaykant Lavania and mother Kamlesh Lavania specially came down to Mumbai from Agra to celebrate Arjit’s birthday. They were staying in Vashi at their daughter (Khushboo Dixit) and son-in-law’s (Ashutosh Dixit) house.

Ankit further said that Arjit was sharing a house with a few roommates in Malad. “On Aug 15, Arjit had an off day from the shoot, so, he decided to take his parents out for shopping. His father bought him a birthday gift and Arjit also shopped a lot for his parents. They all had lunch together, post which Arjit left for his shoot in Umergaon,” said Ankit.

Aug 15 was the last day Arjit’s parents saw their son and spent some quality time with him. They were supposed to return to Agra on August 25 after celebrating Arjit’s birthday on Aug 24 in Mumbai.

But destiny had other plans.
