With the second wave of the Novel Coronavirus hitting India, the country has been registering a sudden rise in the COVID-19 cases. In the last few weeks, we saw many actors testing positive for COVID-19. TV actor Mahesh Shetty taking to his INSTA Stories shared an image of worrisome news. This screenshot had the news of 37 doctors at Sir Doctor Ganga Ram hospital in Delhi testing positive for COVID-19 despite being vaccinated. Now that’s extremely worrying, the actor hence requested everyone to remain safe.

On his INSTA Stories, he said people who think it is safe to lead a normal life after being vaccinated need to still follow the safety measures and continue wearing masks, wash their hands and of utmost importance practice social distancing. He wrote on his INSTA Stories, “Jo soch rahe hai vaccination se hoga. Be safe guys wear masks, wash hands and keep a safe distance.” Recently actress Nagma was also tested positive for COVID-19 despite receiving a dose of vaccine.

Fortunately, all of them have been recuperating well, have been following safety measures suggested by the government.
