Star Plus’ Anupamaa has been topping the TRP chart list for a while now. In the current track, Vanraj is married to Kavya and they are living in the Shah house. However, the problems between the two are still arising as Vanraj does not have a proper job while Kavya has to look after the household chores. On the other hand, Anupamaa is busy making her own life and her own identity after the divorce. With so much going on already, the makers are now in for another major plot twist along with the entry of a new character.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, the makers are trying to rope in a new actor that is said to be the main man for Rupali Ganguly’s character. Just to spice up the family drama, the makers are bringing a new person on board. Reportedly, stars like The Family Man 2 actor Sharad Kelkar, Bade Ache Lagte Hain star Ram Kapoor, Kaabil actor Rohit Roy, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan actor Varun Badola, Rajeev Khandelwal, Arshad Warsi, Gangaa actor Shakti Anand, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s Vishal Singh and Karamphal Daata Sahni actor Salil Ankola have been approached to play the lead opposite Ganguly.
Out of them, Ram and Arshad have denied the offer due to prior commitments and other issues. Well, now it is to be seen who will become the main man for Anupamaa in the show and how they will unfold the story. Will Anupamaa fall in love with the new character? Or will the new character help her grow? Only time will answer these questions.

Sudhanshu dismissed them and said, “Rupali and I are good co-actors and friends, too. There is nothing wrong between us. And a difference of opinion between two actors at times is very normal and can happen any day.
