OOPS! Did Kishwer And Scherezade Wear The Same Bridal Dress At Their Wedding?

December has been full of weddings and brides in stunning dresses. And we spotted two brides wearing not only similar outfits but from the same label as well! Sheer coincidence?
Popular Youtube artist Scherezade Shroff married her long time beau, actor and model Vaibhav Talwar in a Parsi wedding on December 9. And her wedding attire looked like a dream. The model, who updated her wedding details had shared that she wanted her dress in white and lace. And while having a dress sitting with designer Gaurav Gupta, Scherezade, along with her sister and stylist Anaita Shroff decided on a custom creation—an intricately detailed sari gown with pearl shoulder details. The result – you can see below.
What I like here is Sherry’s minimal make-up and a floral up do gives her a classy look.
And you just can’t miss this sexy sheer back detail.
Then came the most awaited shaadi of the season – TV’s sweethearts – Suyyash-Kishwer’s wedding. This bride has been sporting some colourful and off-beat dresses during her wedding ceremony. From sporting off-shoulder top and asymmetric skirt in green and yellow during mehendi ceremony to mirror work green sharara – Kishwer kept the style quotient high.
And this bright red lehenga is what every bride-to-be’s dreams are made of.
Then, soon after the nuptials, Kishwer made an entry in this dress and made me wonder – where have I seen this before?
Can you spot the similarities in the layers, those pearl details and the falls? Kishwer’s dress had a satin embroidered material in the beige palette, which she accessorised with her elaborate mehendi and choora.
While Scherezade’s was a custom-made one, Kishwer got the dress straight from the GG couture. I somehow like the fairytale look of Scherezade.
