Pearl V Puri Granted Bail In The Vasai Rape Case, Tweets Karishma Tanna
If Karishma Tanna's tweet is anything to go by then Pearl V Puri has been granted bail after being in police custody overnight. He is accused by a minor and his family of rape and molestation
The television industry has been facing shock waves since last week. From Karan Mehra- Nisha Rawal’s brawl to now actor Pearl V Puri’s case, who has been accused for allegedly raping/molesting a minor girl. The actor was in police custody for a night and a few hours back he was taken to the court for his hearing from Waliv Police Station (Vasai).

The news created rage in the industry with celebrities like Ekta Kapoor, Vikas Kalantri, Krystal D’Souza, Anita Hassanandani, Aly Goni and many others coming out in support of Pearl. Confirming the news of his arrest, Mumbai Police DCP Abhishek Trimukhe had exclusively told SpotboyE.com, a few hours back, "He has been arrested by Waliv Police Station (Vasai)." while Mira Bhayander Vasai Virar (MBVV) DCP, Zone 2, Sanjay Patil told TOI, "He has been remanded to police custody and booked for rape and under the section of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act."
