Television's one of the most popular shows Saath Nibhana Saathiya is all set to get a prequel on Star Bharat. The show will have the original cast along with some new faces titled Tera Mera Saath Rahe.

A source tells SpotboyE.com, "The show will mostly be aired on August 30 which is Janamashtmi. As the audience is aware of the prominence of Lord Krishna in the show, makers are planning to air the first episode on his birthday this year." The show will have Giaa Manek, Rupal Patel, Mohammad Nazim as the main leads who were also a part of the original cast. The team has already shot for a promo.
The shooting of the show was scheduled to commence in the first week of July but had to be postponed by a couple of weeks after Rupal Patel was hospitalized owing to health reasons. As her character is crucial to the storyline the shoot was delayed. However, she has recovered and will begin shooting in a couple of days.
