Actor Sahil Anand, who was last seen in the hit television show, Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2, tested positive for Coronavirus, a few weeks ago, after which he was missing out of action on social media.
However, the actor had later shared a video with us informing about the same where he also mentioned that he didn't want to disclose it due to societal behaviour towards it. And now talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, Sahil shares his experience of recovering from the virus and how he looks at it as a learning experience. The actor says, "There's a lot of things that I learned during the time I was quarantined alone. I was away from everyone, but this is the time I realized who my real friends are. Although I have a lot of friends, in a way, this tough time was like a testing time." He further adds, "After I lost my sense of smell and taste, I was terrified. But now I realize how these two things are so important! And out of everything, I learned how important health is! To be able to enjoy life, one needs to be at the best of their health first."
Sahil says that the recovery time allowed him to introspect, which he didn't earlier. "I used to jump from one project to another, and I barely got the time to think things through. So, this was this time for self-reflection for me," he added.
The Student of The Year actor recently took to social media to announce that he has finally tested negative after recovering from the virus and that he had decided to keep mum as he wanted to keep this news to himself until he recovered.
