Sanaya-Mohit Attend TV Actress Deeya Chopra’s Big Fat Punjabi Wedding
Roshni Chopra’s younger sister and actress Deeya tied the knot with much fanfare in Delhi and it was a colourful sight
TV Actress Deeya Chopra tied the knot with Ritchie Mehta yesterday in Delhi and their hashtag that did the rounds on social media was #HitchedtoRitch!
Roshni Chopra shared some colourful pictures which gave a glimpse of the big fat Punjabi wedding. And must say, it seems it was an affair to remember. The Chopra family was in full shaadi mood as the wedding shenanigans started a week back. Goes without saying that there was lot of naach-gaana involved in this dilli ki sardi wali shaadi.
Deeya and Roshni’s constant company was TV’s one of the most popular Jodi – Mohit Sehgal and Sanaya Irani. And the bridesmaids were colour co-ordinated as they wore designs from Roshni Chopra’s collections. And it made for such a beautiful moment:
Deeya made for a colourful bride as she sported some pretty pastel hues during the wedding festivities. For her wedding, Deeya wore an elaborated lehenga, while the groom chose to wear a beige sherwani.
The actress, who was last seen in Zee TV show Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein got engaged in April to Ritchie, who is Managing Director of Marketing Lounge Partnership CRM & Loyalty company. Apparently Ritchie had proposed to Deeya in the most romantic manner possible. He arranged for 500 white roses along with a scrapbook that had all their special moments in it. Isn’t that 'aww'-dorable?
