Amid all the controversies and gossip around Shark Tank India season 2, a new meme has been doing the rounds on the internet and it has apparently left the audience in splits. A fan-made video shows Jethalal from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah appearing on the show to pitch his electronic business and shop Gada Electronics.
The smartly edited video was a hilarious combination of Dilip Joshi who plays the role of Jethalal in TMKOC, alongside the sharks from the show. In the now-viral video, Jethalal can be seen talking about the revenue with sharks taking interest in his business. Many found the video hilarious and some sarcastically pointed out that Jethalal should be a shark, not a contestant.
One Instagram user commented on the video and shared, “Gada electronics >>>>> All sharks revenue ❤️ (sic).” Another wrote, “Jetha bhai can buy all the shark at once .. He is boss of senorika island 😂🔥🔥 (sic).” One social media user hilariously commented, “Jetha Should be appointed as a shark , best replacement for Ashneer Grover 🙂 (sic).” Even Shark Tank India‘s Aman Gupta (Co-Founder and CMO of boAt), commented to say ‘Hahaha…. love this…. (sic).”
Ashneer Grover might have quit Shark Tank India following the success of the first edition, but he has ultimately cemented himself as the most entertaining factor of the show. He had the reputation of being the curt and crusty one owing to his unapologetic attitude, and straightforwardness and most found him unnecessarily harsh to the budding entrepreneurs.
Owing to the former BharatPe co-founder’s ouster from the show, many were disappointed and the CarDekho co-founder and CEO Amit Jain was appointed as a judge or “shark” on the show.
The viewers do not seem to be content with the changes in the second season of the show’s judge panel as many have opined via social media that the show does not appear to be fun considering Ashneer’s absence. A social media user had previously said, "Ashneer Grover ji nahi hai isliye maja nahi aara hai (Ashneer Grover isn't there, that's why it isn't fun)."
However, Anupam Mittal shut down the user’s comment by saying, “Bigg Boss dekh lo (go watch Bigg Boss).”
