Shilpa Shetty’s sister Shamita Shetty has been making it to the headlines for all the right reasons. The actress emerged as the second runner up on the reality TV series, Bigg Boss OTT, which saw its conclusion on Saturday with a grand finale. Regardless of Divya Agarwal’s big win, Shamita was considered one of the strongest contenders.
Shamita and Shilpa Shetty's mother Sunanda Shetty had visited the BB OTT house to meet the former while she was inside the house. Her aura and positive attitude won over the internet which has since been awestruck over the lady - so much so that when she shared a picture of herself recently, she received a host of compliments. A fan’s comment on her picture however grabbed everyone’s attention.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Sunanda Shetty posted a picture of her draped in a gorgeous orange and pink saree. She looked stunning as she posed for the camera and was dressed for the BB OTT finale. Her caption read: “Visit to the Bigg Boss House Meeting my baby after a month." Shilpa showered love on her post and commented, “Eternally Gorgeous Maaaaaa @sunandashetty10.”
A fan then complimented her and wondered if the three were sisters. The user wrote, “@sunandashetty10 Looking Gorgeous!!! Are @theshilpashetty & @shamitashetty_official your Sisters???”
Sunanda seemed to be taken aback by the comment and replied with heart and hands raised in celebration emojis. Her comment read, “Thanks... they are my babies.”
Sunanda went on Bigg Boss OTT to meet Shamita last week. Talking of Shamita’s time inside the Big Boss house, the actress made a connection with Raqesh Bapat on her entry and both stood the test of time as they supported each other as they went through misunderstandings, arguments, and their friendship eventually turned into a budding romance.
