Although it’s been a year since TV heartthrob Sidharth Shukla died, it is still hard to believe that he is no more. The Bigg Boss 13 winner passed away on September 2, 2021, due to a massive heart attack at his Mumbai house. Doctors at the Cooper Hospital declared him brought dead. On the eve of his first death anniversary, Sidharth’s mother Rita Shukla, sisters along with other family members yesterday attended a prayer meeting with the Brahma Kumaris.
Photos of the family from the meet have gone viral on social media. Pictures have left fans and netizens emotional and teary-eyed as they remember Sidharth with a heavy heart. Many ardent fans of the actor said they miss him a lot. At the prayer meeting, Sid’s family distributed Bhog and Prasad. The late actor was an ardent follower of Brahma Kumaris and often used to attend their functions with his mother. After his demise, Sidharth’s dear friend and rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill also joined the Brahma Kumaris and are often spotted spending time there. On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Gill visited Brahma Kumaris and tied rakhis to them.
Sidharth Shukla was one of the most talented actors in the television industry. He rose to fame with his brilliant stint in the long-running TV show Balika Vadhu. He is also known for shows like Dil Se Dil Tak, Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na, and many more. He made his debut on the OTT platform with Ekta Kapoor’s series ‘Broken But Beautiful 3’ and his portrayal of Agastya Rao garnered much love and appreciation from the audience. Sidharth also won the reality show Bigg Boss 13 and after that he was unstoppable. He died at a time when he was at the peak of his career.
