Now, after a rather dreamy wedding, the couple held a glamourous reception on Thursday. The function took place in Kolkata, Ssharad’s hometown. They looked simply spectacular. Ssharad looked handsome in a black bow tie, while Ripci looked stunning in a pastel peach lehenga.

“I am so glad that everyone could make it for this ceremony. I love being married, the feeling is amazing. I am suddenly feeling more responsible too! It’s crazy but I am loving it,” says an elated Ssharad. The reception had close family and friends in attendance. For those who don’t know, the reception was earlier scheduled for May 3, but was called off due to the cyclone Fani.
In a recent conversation with Bombay Times, the actor spoke about life post marriage. He said, “Marriage is all about accepting another person in totality. But I think time management is something many have been telling me about for years now, including Ripci. So, I am trying my best to improve that.”
Not only this, the actor also spilled the beans over their honeymoon plans, he said, “I plan to go to Paris as it’s been there on my wish list for a long time now. I need to figure out my work schedule and then plan my honeymoon, but tentatively I am planning to go around June or July. It’s difficult to take out time if you are part of a daily soap, but even if I get four or five days off, I will make the most of it. I have put a request to my producers, and they have been kind enough on agreeing to adjust my schedule.”
Ssharad was earlier in a relationship with Divyanka Tripathi for 7 years followed by Pooja Bisht for 2 years. T he actor developed cold feet in his past 2 relationships, and finally tied the knot with the Delhi-based fashion designer, Ripci Bhatia.
