Sudha Chandran confirms of her father KD Chandran demise
Well known Bharatanatyam dancer-actress Sudha Chandran mourns the death of her father KD Chandran. The actress lost her father due to heart attack, he was 86 when he breathed his last. The actress confirmed the news to Aaj Tak, where she revealed her father suffering from dementia. Further she shared that her father was being treated at Criti Care Hospital in Mumbai on May 12 and it was today morning at 10 when he breathed his last.
KD Chandran had worked in films such as Main Madhuri Dixit Banna Chahti Hoon, Junoon Pukar, China Gate, Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke, Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai and more. He also acted in TV shows. On May 8, the actress penned a birthday post for him, thanking him for inculcating best values in her and thanking him for whatever she achieved in her life so far. She also mentioned being proud to be his daughter and showered him with love.
Her Instagram post read, “Happy birthday to you Appa.....thnx for inculcating te best values of life Nd making me what I m today.so proud to b Ur daughter....Ravi Nd myself wish u a Very happy birthday.lv u Appa”

Sudha Chandran is an established Bharatnatyam dancer who shot to fame with her portrayal of Ramola Sikand in Kaahin Kissii Roz, later she was seen in plays and movies. She was also seen in the Tamil remake of Star plus show Saath Nibhana Saathiya, she is currently seen anchoring Dangal TV's series Crime Alert.
