Super Dancer 4 Judge Geeta Kapur Refutes Marriage Rumours After Her ‘Sindoor’ Pictures Go Viral: ‘If I Get Married, I Won’t Hide It At All’
Super Dancer and India's Best Dancer judge Geeta Kapur recently shared a set of pictures that showed her with a sindoor on her forehead. While Geeta Kapur has mentioned many times that she is unmarried, her pictures with sindoor left fans confused. They dropped comments on her post asking whether she was secretly married. Geeta had shared the pictures in a red Anarkali dress, wearing elaborate jewelry, a red bindi, and sindoor on her forehead, as she got ready to go on sets of Super Dancer 4.

Now, after the pictures went viral on social media, Geeta Kapur has offered a clarification. While speaking to ETimes, Geeta Kapur refuted marriage rumours and said that she isn’t married. She said that she often wears sindoor, and that this wasn’t the first time. “No, I am not married!... if I get married, I won't hide it at all. Plus, how can I be married right now, I have just lost my mother a few months back.” She further explained the reason behind applying sindoor in the pictures.

“I am very much sporting the sindoor. The pictures are from the latest episode of the dance reality show Super Dancer 4. The episode was about the evergreen heroines of Bollywood, and we were dressing up like them. So as the world knows how fond I am of Rekha ji, I decided to dress up like her and since she wears sindoor, I too wore it,” she said.

Geeta Kapur further added that she has applied sindoor in the past as well. She mentioned that she is a lord Shiva bhakt, and she applies it every Monday after pooja.
