Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah's Raj Anadkat, who plays Tapu, has been making headlines lately for multiple reasons. As many know, Raj is reportedly quitting TMKOC. A source was quoted by Koimoi as saying, "The journey has been bittersweet with Raj. There have been multiple times that the team has tried to make amends with him but things aren't working out anymore. Neither is he willing to stick for too long nor the cast and crew is keen on asking him to stay."
Amid rumours of him quitting the show, fans came across a video of the actor and its is hilarious. Raj tried out an Instagram filter that predicted his marriage. "When will I get married?" and the answer came as, "In 30 minutes." He captioned the video as, "Kuch bhi Matlab (laughing emojis) 30 mins."
Fans of the actor are now speculating that the actor has dropped a hint that he wants to get married and maybe that is the reason why he is quitting TMKOC. Raj has not reacted to the news yet. Meanwhile, Producer Asit Kumarr Modi was asked about the same, and he told Koimoi, "Pata nahi mujhe kuch. Nahi, mujhe nahi pata hai." Earlier this year, Raj made headlines after it was reported that he and his co-star Munmun Dutta aka Babita ji are dating. Given the age difference between the two, they were trolled on social media.
He later took to Instagram to address the rumours. Raj shared an Instagram post that reads, "To everyone, who has been constantly writing about me, THINK of the repercussions that can happen in my life because of your 'COOKED UP' (false) stories and that too about my life without my consent. All the creative people out there please channelise your creativity somewhere else it will be helpful to you. May God bless them with good sense."
