Actress Ishita Dutta is all excited as she is finally playing a Bengali girl in her latest show 'Thoda Sa Badal Thoda Sa Paani'. The show also stars Harshad Arora and Mishkat Verma in pivotal roles. Ishita Dutta's sister Tanushree Dutta is as excited as she was when she got to know about the role.
Talking to SpotboyE.com exclusively, Ishita said, "Before taking any project, I take advice from my sister Tanushree. She is so experienced and has worked so much. This applies to my husband Vatsal Seth also. I have two people from the industry who are with me. Then I also see how the character is and how comfortable I am playing that. Because unless you feel the character you will not be able to make people feel." "She [Tanushree] was very happy with the fact that I am getting to play a Bong girl. I keep sending her my look, promo links and she feels extremely excited. She says everything about the show reminds us of Calcutta. Though I am from Jamshedpur my entire family and relatives are based there who are excitedly waiting to see the show," Ishita added. She further said, "I used to always wonder when I will get to play a Bengali character. A lot of things become easier when you get to play what you are in real life. Like when you have to speak your own language then getting that accent on screen also becomes easier for you. Whenever we have a sequence of food and I see ghar ka khaana on the plate I get excited and make others also eat that."
