Pranali Rathod and Harshad Chopda starrer 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' has been giving a high dose of drama and entertainment to their viewers ever since it aired on television. The Thursday episode starts with Abhimanyu and Akshara where the former tells Harshvardhan that he will return to the Birla Hospital only under one condition that Akshara will too join back with him.


Meanwhile, Akshara and Kairav are waiting for their family in a cafeteria. When the family arrives, Swarna senses that Akshara is worried about something. Seeing Akshara worried, Swarna consoles her that she should stop worrying about what happened, rather she should be happy that Abhimanyu rescued her Bade papa. Later, Akshara goes to Manish’s room where Abhimanyu was present before she arrives. Worried, Akshara expresses her concern for Manish and blames herself for his situation to which Abhimanyu comforts her saying Manish will get better soon. In the meantime, Manish comes to his senses and remembers what happened between him and Akshara. When Abhimanyu asks Manish to check his pulses, he refuses to give him his hand.


Seeing Manish awake, the nurse informs the family members and Akshara feels happy to see Manish smiling. Manish spends quality time with his wife and mother and tells them that after the mishap he has understood that life is very unpredictable and he doesn't want his kids to be upset because of him.


In the upcoming episodes, confusion will arise between Akshara and Abhimanyu as the latter feels that Akshara has forgotten their love for her family.
