Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai SPOILER ALERT September 4th 2023: Abhimanyu Gets Sad As He Recalls Old Memories; Ladies Remind Akshara That She Is Abhinav’s Widow
Pranali Rathore, Harshad Chopra and Shreyansh Kaurav starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Having started the journey with Hina Khan and Karan Mehra, the Rajan Shahi production is not only one of the most-watched shows in India but it also often tops the weekly BARC ratings. The last few episodes of the show have centred around the budding relationship between Abhimanyu and Akshara as they take care of Abhinav together.

In today’s episode it will be seen that Akshara and Abhimanyu are practising singing when she compliments his singing. As Akshara starts singing a song from their past, Abhimanyu recalls their memories and gets emotional. He excuses himself and leaves from there. In the evening it was seen that Akshara and Manjiri are helping Abhir and Abhimanyu get ready for the singing competition. Watching their son’s similar behaviour leaves the mothers amused. As the father-son duo go on to the stage and prepare to sing, the lights go off. Akshara goes ahead and connects her car battery to the inverter so that the event gets running electricity. Abhimanyu and Abhir go on to win the competition and dedicate the awards to their respective mothers as well as Ruhi. As everyone starts celebrating their victory, Akshara teasingly asks Abhinav to give her a guru dakshina. As they biker, the trophy falls on the ground. Akshara goes to pick it up and Abhimanyu saves her from a speeding car. He gets angry at her for never thinking about herself and reminds her of the past, 6 years ago, when Neel passed away. Akshara slams him for bringing up the painful past that separated them. She tells Abhimanyu that she thought he moved on from the incident but nothing between them will ever change. After going home Akshara starts crying as she recalls the painful memories of Neel’s death. The next day, the Birla and Goenka families come together for Janmashtami celebration. As the event begins, Abhimanyu dresses up Abhir and Ruhi as Krishna and Radha which makes everyone complement the kids. 

In the upcoming episode it will be seen that the ladies attending the celebration will stop Akshara and volunteer to open the Jhanki. Manish will question them, which is when they will remind her of Abhinav’s death and call her a widow. This will leave Abhimanyu is shock as he has been trying his best to keep Akshara and Abhir happy, without replacing Abhinav’s memories in their hearts.
