Karan Oberoi's Most Controversial Interview: Astrologer’s Fake Rape Charges, Stinking Gutter Toilet In Jail- Actor Bares It All!
Karan Oberoi is out and looking fresh, finally. We met up with the Jassi Jaissi Koi Nahin actor this morning at his Oakland Park (Oshiwara) residence.

Over hot cups of tea, Oberoi rewinded on the entire ordeal he underwent after an astrologer accused him of rape, his over-a-month jail stay, unbearable stink in the cell- and yes, we even spoke about his ex Mona Singh.

Oberoi was fighting fit but could not hold his tears back, once in a while. He profusely thanked Pooja Bedi and Anveshi Jain, his buddies for standing by him thick and thin. Ditto for Subhash Singh, Bollywood make-up artiste who is also his close friend. Oberoi was clear that the astrologer had got obsessed with him and even wanted sex, but he had taken a back step in the association with her because he realised that she was into black magic. "There were a lot of things she spoke about which scared me and I am not a person who has come into this world to harm others," he explained.

Oberoi went on to say that he had even tried to get a restraint order from the police against her, three-four months before she accused him of rape. "The cops told me there's no such law in India, despite the fact that I had showed them the (suggestive and threatening) messages she was sending me. My sister had sounded her on phone, but even that didn't help. She had categorically threatened us that "Main dekh lungi". I knew something was coming but not to this extent."

We also spoke about the filthy toilet conditions, which Oberoi called as a "big gutter" just adjoining his cell where the 92 inmates had to relieve themselves. "I want to lay the first stone in improving the toilet conditions in prisons. I want to help in some way," he added.

The interview gets really emotional, when at one stage Oberoi has tears in his eyes and goes on to break down, revealing how his father visited him in jail and motivated him to stay afloat and come back alive.

There's lot more in this CONTROVERSIAL INTERVIEW. Why don't you just click on the above video and see it ALL?
