Sreesanth and Bhuvneshwari Open Up About The Trauma They Underwent After The Cricketer Was Accused Of Match-fixing

Cricketer Sreesanth would be dancing in the aisles, all thanks to Supreme Court’s judgement in his favour. Well yes, the Court directed BCCI to lift the lifetime ban imposed on the cricketer. It’s a happy moment in his house as he waited for this to happen since 5 long years. The feeling of liberation is finally sinking in for the man who went through immensely stressful times ever since he was accused of IPL spot-fixing in 2013.
The one person who has seen it all and stood by his side through thick and thin is his wife, Bhuvneshwari Kumari. What makes it all the more endearing is the fact that Bhuvneshwari married Sreesanth, the same year that he saw himself accused in the IPL Spot Fixing scandal. They married on December 12, 2013 at Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple in Kerala.
Sreesanth credits his wife for being by his side helping him sail through troubled waters. He goes all out praising Bhuvneshwari and her family for supporting him throughout as he recollects the time when they took the saat pheras. We reproduce the FULL INTERVIEW for you BELOW:
The husband-wife duo is reminiscent of the old times as they talk about how it all began for them, and how they overcame several obstacles. Bhuvneshwari in return says, "I always knew this is the one person I wanted to get married to." Further, growing a bit emotional she even spoke of how the media had written him off with reports of him being caught with a call girl or a packet of condoms being found in his room. She reveals that she was affected by these reports and her father even once came and asked her if she was sure about her decision of settling down with him. She of course convinced him then and there.
Finally, love triumphed and today they are the proud parents of two children, a son and a daughter.
